1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through IND SKILLS are final. We maintain a strict No Refund and No Cancellation Policy. Once payment has been successfully completed, no refund, cancellation, exchange, transfer, adjustment, or reversal will be provided.

3. Refund Requests Will Not Be Accepted For
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including but not limited to:

- Wrong purchase
- Purchased by mistake
- Did not like the course
- Course not matching expectations
- Found another course
- Lack of time
- Busy schedule
- Personal reasons
- Financial reasons
- Professional reasons
- Job change
- Employer requirement changed
- Lost interest
- Did not complete the course
- Watched part or all of the course
- Downloaded learning materials
- Slow internet
- Device or compatibility issues
- Missed live sessions
- Joined late
- Forgot password
- Relocation
- Any reason not directly caused by IND SKILLS
4. Digital Products
All products sold by IND SKILLS are digital learning products. Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered. Digital products cannot be returned; therefore, all sales are final.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the course description, curriculum, language, duration, pricing, system requirements, and this policy before completing payment.
6. Course Access
Providing access to the purchased content constitutes successful delivery of the service.
7. No Cancellation
Registrations, memberships, enrollments, workshop bookings, and digital purchases cannot be cancelled after successful payment.
8. Non-Transferable Access
Purchased access is personal and may not be transferred, shared, exchanged, or resold.
9. Technical Support
Reasonable technical assistance will be provided for genuine access-related issues. Technical support does not qualify for refunds.
10. Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a payment dispute after receiving access, IND SKILLS reserves the right to suspend access and provide purchase records, invoices, login logs, and related evidence during the dispute process.
11. Acceptance
By purchasing any product or service, customers confirm that they have read and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Policy Updates
IND SKILLS reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the website shall apply.
